H\u00e1 que entender que o termo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">superpopula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refere-se a manter um <\/span><b>n\u00famero de peixes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elevado em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao volume do aqu\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A superpopula\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 aumentar os <\/span><b>problemas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de qualquer aqu\u00e1rio rec\u00e9m-iniciado; e n\u00e3o s\u00f3 as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiendanimal.es\/articulos\/sintomas-de-enfermedad-en-los-peces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>doen\u00e7as<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e mortes prematuras, mas as agress\u00f5es observadas com frequ\u00eancia nos aqu\u00e1rios com demasiados peixes, <\/span><b>sem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> suficientes <\/span><b>esconderijos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para todos. Se os peixes n\u00e3o forem capazes de estabelecer um territ\u00f3rio o suficientemente amplo para eles, ter\u00e3o uma maior tend\u00eancia a se tornarem <\/span><b>agressivos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> com o resto de peixes. Igualmente, a concorr\u00eancia pela comida ser\u00e1 mais dura. Quando <\/span><b>os peixes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> temem n\u00e3o obter a sua parte do <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alimento<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dispon\u00edvel, podem<\/span><b> tornar-se violentos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou comer em excesso, o que ir\u00e1 causar problemas a curto prazo a si mesmos e aos outros peixes com os que convive. N\u00e3o se poder\u00e3o abastecer da quantidade de nutrientes necess\u00e1rios para crescer e se manter saud\u00e1veis, provocando a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das possibilidades de atingir o tamanho adulto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quais_problemas_podem_ocorrer\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quais problemas podem ocorrer?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com frequ\u00eancia, um aqu\u00e1rio superpovoado<\/span><b> vai produzir mais res\u00edduos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiendanimal.es\/filtros-internos-fluval-serie-p-4710.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>filtro<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 processar de forma eficiente, provocando n\u00edveis t\u00f3xicos para os pr\u00f3prios peixes, embora o filtro seja limpo com frequ\u00eancia. A m\u00e1 qualidade da \u00e1gua que experimenta um esp\u00e9cime num aqu\u00e1rio superpovoado pode causar um <\/span><b>enfraquecimento das guelras<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, os rins, o f\u00edgado e o cora\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto acontece porque n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel limpar o sangue de forma eficiente, dado que a \u00e1gua que est\u00e3o a absorver constantemente tem um elevado n\u00edvel de res\u00edduos. O normal num peixe seria poder eliminar estes res\u00edduos atrav\u00e9s das guelras e o ano; no entanto, num aqu\u00e1rio <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">superpovoado<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o filtro n\u00e3o pode trabalhar de forma eficiente, pelo que o peixe reabsorve uma e outra vez todos os res\u00edduos enquanto est\u00e1 a nadar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outros problemas de sa\u00fade causados pela manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos peixes em aqu\u00e1rios <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">superpovoados<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> podem ser <\/span><b>deformidades esquel\u00e9ticas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, problemas digestivos e <\/span><b>enfraquecimento da pele e escamas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Deve-se a que as elevadas toxinas da \u00e1gua causam mudan\u00e7as nas taxas de crescimento dos tecidos.
